How to Participate
Attending Meetings
All parish council meetings are open to the public. We encourage residents to attend and participate in the democratic process. There are designated times during each meeting for public questions and comments.
If you have a specific item you'd like to discuss, please contact the Parish Clerk in advance so it can be added to the agenda.
Meeting Documents
Meeting agendas are published at least 3 clear days before each meeting. Minutes from previous meetings are available for review and will be approved at the following meeting.
All documents are available for inspection at the Parish Office during normal office hours or by request from the Parish Clerk.
